Give your clients a complete view of their wealth in HUB24 Present and InvestorHUB using the Other investments feature – with new automated feeds for select cash and term deposit account balances.1

- No more manual processes: Set up automated feeds for select cash accounts and term deposit balances.
- Save time: Once the automated feeds are established, you don’t have to do anything to keep balance information updated—we’ll refresh the data three times per day.
- Access a complete view of your clients’ wealth: View the latest balance information in the Portfolio Dashboard and access historical balances for client-ready presentations in HUB24 Present. Clients will also be able to see their cash account and term deposit balances in InvestorHUB.
Want to get started?
In AdviserHUB:
- Go to the ‘Other investments’ menu.
- Select the new ‘Data provider account’ button to add a CMA or term deposit account. You will be prompted to enter your security details (you will only have to do this once to set up your connection).
- Search for your client’s relevant cash or term deposit account to link to their HUB24 account. You’ll see their balance as of today. Click ‘Link to HUB24 account’.
Where Will Cash account and Term deposit balances appear on the HUB24 Platform?
When ‘Other investments’ are selected, the individual cash or term deposit balances appear when drilling down into a portfolio’s underlying investments in HUB24 Present or under ‘Investments’ on the Portfolio Dashboard. Balances will be included in the overall portfolio value and under the relevant asset class.
Will clients be able to see their cash account and term deposit balances on InvestorHUB?
Yes, once cash account and term deposit balances are added to HUB24, they will flow through to the ‘Other investments’ clients can see in InvestorHUB.
