Meet Jack, our Talent Acquisition Partner

Jack is a Talent Acquisition Partner at HUB24, who harnesses curiosity and care for his work to achieve success.

Tell us about your role at the HUB24 Group? What do you do?

I joined HUB24 in May 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Partner and I’m responsible for recruitment within the Group’s corporate functions. This includes partnering closely with a number of key internal stakeholders across multiple departments to support them with any hiring requirements.

What has surprised you the most about the working culture at HUB24?

What has surprised me most is just how much we have grown as a business in the last 18 months. When I joined, we were around 600 employees and now we are nearly at 1000. I knew that I was joining a fast paced, innovative business that was growing, but I wasn’t expecting things to move this quickly and for us to be so disruptive! It’s a great story which is showing no signs of slowing down and I’m grateful to be part of it.

What is your superpower and how to you use this in everyday life?

I would say my superpower is my high care factor which I use in everyday life and in my role at HUB24. Caring about what I do, people in general, and my individual contribution is paramount to being successful in both my personal world and career.

If there was one piece of career advice you could give someone, what would that be?

I would say to push yourself out of your comfort zone, be inquisitive and ask questions. You must push the boundaries, take on new tasks and try new things in order to upskill, grow and ultimately be successful.
