Tell me about your role at HUB24 Group? What do you do?
I work in the adviser customer marketing team helping plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns for our adviser audience. Whether it’s building email campaigns, exploring innovative marketing tools, or working with the wider Growth team, there’s always something fun and exciting to do which helps our advisers get the best out of HUB24.
What has surprised you the most about the working culture at HUB24?
Everyone at HUB24 is always committed, passionate and supportive – even when it becomes fast-paced and involves a lot of pivoting!
Which one of our group values resonates with you the most and why?
‘Succeed as one’ resonates with me the most. I feel that at HUB24, we have a diverse range of people with many amazing skillsets. We really do succeed as one and surpass goals when we collaborate.
What is your ‘superpower’ and how to you use this in everyday life?
My superpower would be speed. I enjoy multi-tasking and getting things done as soon as I can. I like finding ways to improve my workflow so I can be as efficient as possible. And I love using and learning new keyboard shortcuts!
If there was one piece of career advice you could give someone, what would that be?
Be comfortable in being uncomfortable. Apply for jobs you think you’re underqualified for and learn new things that challenges you.
In your opinion, what makes HUB24 Group a great place to work?
The work culture and work/life balance that HUB24 Group offers makes it an amazing place to work. I feel like a part of a family, regardless of whether I’m at the HUB24 office or Class office. Mental health is valued, and personal commitments are always respected.
