Tell me about your role at HUB24? What do you do?
I’m lucky enough to lead a centre of excellence for operational support services, providing key infrastructure in the form of Business Process Analysis, Operational Risk, Knowledge Management, Change Management, business systems support, workforce planning and business performance reporting.
In your opinion what makes HUB24 Group a great place to work?
On a personal front, with a young family, HUB24’s flexible work policies allow me to be an active participant on the home front while also achieving my career development goals.
Professionally, it’s a fast moving, growth-oriented business with a lack of bureaucratic hierarchy and red tape. I like this because in my role we’re constantly trying to make things better, and HUB24’s culture enables me to achieve these goals.

‘Create Possibilities’ – A professional mantra of mine is ‘we get better every day’ and in my role I have the privilege of working daily to support and improve our operations functions, exploring new ways to deliver improved client experiences and internal scalability.
How do you differentiate yourself as a Leader?
I genuinely care about my team. I demonstrate this through my focus on constantly improving their strengths to support them in being successful in their current and future roles.
How do you empower your team to be the best they can be?
I’m working hard on understanding their personal needs, giving them the opportunities, coaching, tools and frameworks they need to grow professionally.
What is your superpower and how to you use this in everyday life?
Positivity – being a natural communicator with an optimistic outlook, I’ve got the tools to motivate and empower teams to deliver impactful benefits across our business.
