Tell me about your role at HUB24 Group? What do you do?

I am a Test Manager in the Melbourne development team. I lead the testing team, develop test strategies, manage resources, coordinate with other departments, and ensure timely, high-quality releases while mitigating risks and continuously improving testing processes.

What has surprised you the most about the working culture at HUB24? 

Having worked at HUB24 for over a year, I have been deeply impressed by the working culture here.
