Report on your clients’ Other investments HELD OUTSIDE OF HUB24
To deliver a holistic view of investments for your clients, you can now include assets held outside HUB24 in reporting. Other investments include:
- Listed securities – Enter the quantity held and values will be updated automatically.
- Managed funds – Enter the quantity held and values will be updated automatically.
- Select cash accounts and term deposits: Create automated data feeds to add balances for select cash accounts and term deposits.1 Learn more.
- Direct property – You can update values as appropriate with your client.
- Other – Here, you can add any of your clients’ additional assets – shares in private equity, bank account balances, collectibles, etc. Choose to update values when needed.

- A single view of wealth where you need it: Updates to ‘Other investments’ flow through to HUB24 Present, the Portfolio Dashboard and InvestorHUB.
- Automated price updates: When you enter your clients’ listed securities or managed fund holdings held outside HUB24, prices are updated automatically.
- Increase client engagement: Leverage our market-leading HUB24 Present to connect in holistic discussions about your clients’ investments and financial goals.
- Flexibility to suit your objectives: Include or exclude ‘Other investments’ from HUB24 Present as needed. Update valuations for direct property based on discussions with your clients.
Where Does information about ‘Other Investments’ appear?
Once you save ‘Other investments’ data, a separate account labelled ‘Other investments’ will display in:
- HUB24 Present: Select the ‘Other investments’ account to create a single view of your clients’ wealth to discuss the complete picture for asset allocation. De-select ‘Other investments’ if you want to exclude them.
- Portfolio Dashboard: View balances, asset allocation and a list of ‘Other investments’ together with your clients’ HUB24 account(s).
- InvestorHUB: Clients will be able to see ‘Other investments’ listed as a unique account in InvestorHUB (as pictured). Values will also contribute to their ‘Total balance’.
Want to get started?
From the AdviserHUB Portfolio dashboard, go to the Account menu for a custody account and select ‘Other investments’. We recommend that for best results, you use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox to do so.
