Secure and paperless payments with Pay Anyone Facility
Over the past few months, we’ve listened to your feedback and made several improvements to our Pay Anyone Facility.
Your HUB24 Invest clients can securely nominate new bank accounts and approve consent requests through InvestorHUB or via one-time SMS passcodes, facilitating seamless and paperless payments to third parties.
Through InvestorHUB, you can also easily request third-party payment consent from accounts with multiple account holders (such as an SMSF, Trust or Joint accounts) – all at the same time.
Faster access to deposits with unique EFT payment details
To help avoid payment processing issues for employer Super Guarantee (SG) contributions and rollover, we introduced unique EFT payment details for all your clients’ accounts.
This can help clients with faster access to deposits (once funds are received by us) and enable efficient cash management via the application of a BSB and a unique account number.
Convenience and flexibility when paying client funds
Choose when to process withdrawal requests on behalf of your clients, and have funds paid into their nominated bank account, with our expanded selection of options:
- Pay now – same-day withdrawal provided the request is received before our 3PM Sydney time cut-off.
- Pay later – schedule withdrawal to be processed on the client’s preferred day.
- Pay when cash is available – process withdrawal when sufficient cash is available.
Same-day withdrawals for super benefits payments
To help your clients access their super benefit payments when they need it the most, requests submitted before our 1PM Sydney time cut-off will be processed on the same day.
Save time with our early-release workflow capabilities which allow you to upload supporting documents for any early-release claim.
Centralised access to Deposits and Withdrawals
To help you save time and improve your experience on AdviserHUB, we’ve updated our Account Menu navigation bar and built a landing page to centralise the links to Deposits and Withdrawals related pages.
Additionally, the landing page will contain a section displaying pending Deposits and Withdrawals related activities, including pending Pay Anyone consent requests.
